Resonant360 is Officially an Anthropic Registered Partner
We’re pleased to share that Resonant360 is officially an Anthropic Registered Partner. It’s a milestone that formalises something we’ve been doing for our clients for a while now, helping regulated, data-sensitive businesses put Claude to work safely inside their Salesforce and Agentforce environments and it comes at a moment when the AI landscape for enterprises like ours is moving fast.
Why now matters
In October 2025, Salesforce and Anthropic announced a major expansion of their strategic partnership, bringing Claude into the Agentforce 360 Platform as a foundational AI model, with a specific focus on regulated sectors including financial services, healthcare, cybersecurity and life sciences. Traffic runs through Amazon Bedrock inside Salesforce’s own virtual private cloud, which means customers get frontier-grade AI without their data leaving the security perimeter they already trust. The expansion also introduces new industry-specific AI capabilities as it rolls out across these sectors.
As Anthropic co-founder and CEO Dario Amodei put it: “Regulated industries need frontier AI capabilities, but they also need the appropriate safeguards before they can deploy in sensitive systems.” That’s exactly the gap Resonant360 exists to close. We deliver and manage private, Australian-hosted AI and cloud solutions for organisations that need greater control over their data, models and infrastructure.
What this means for our clients
Becoming an Anthropic Registered Partner gives us closer access to Anthropic’s roadmap, technical resources and best practices, on top of our existing Salesforce partner status. In practice, that means:
- Faster, better-governed Claude implementations across Agentforce and the broader Salesforce ecosystem, for clients across regulated and data-sensitive industries.
- Deeper support for industry-specific compliance and governance capabilities, as they roll out across regulated sectors.
- Direct line to Anthropic’s product and engineering guidance, so the solutions we build for you stay aligned with how Claude and Agentforce are evolving, not just how they work today.
This is a natural extension of what we already do best: Salesforce, Agentforce and AI delivery done faster, governed properly.
